(Certified Personal Trainer)

Personal training refers to a professional fitness service in which a certified fitness instructor, known as a personal trainer, works with an individual client on a one-on-one basis to help them achieve their fitness goals. These goals can vary widely depending on the client’s preferences, health status, and aspirations, but they typically revolve around improving physical fitness, strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall health.

The role of a personal trainer is to create personalized workout programs and provide guidance and motivation to their clients. They assess the client’s current fitness level, discuss their objectives, and design a tailored exercise plan that aligns with their specific needs and limitations. Personal trainers take into account various factors such as age, fitness level, medical history, lifestyle, and preferences while crafting these programs.
